Blog tours. Ah, they are one of the hot tickets in online promotion. Authors take up a guest spot on another blog, usually in the form of an interview or guest blog entry. While I haven’t had the time or the energy to plan a full tour, I will be doing a few as The Face of Deceit launches in the stores (some of the book club folks already have theirs).
The Craftie Ladies of Suspense take a slightly different angle, which intrigued me. In addition to their own blogs, they interview not the authors but the book’s characters. In my case, the interview with Deceit’s leading man, Mason DuBroc, will be featured on September 2nd. (Believe me, I’ll post a reminder.  )
